Our consultancy services include intercultural coaching, training and advice.

Alphacrane Intercultural Specialists is owned and operated by Craig Shim, one of Australia’s leading qualified intercultural business consultants. With over two decades of global experience, his expertise is sought after by globally recognised organisations like Air New Zealand, Boeing, BP, Mastercard, Nike, and PepsiCo.

In addition to coaching and training multinational corporations, Craig also advises diplomats, the Australian Government's Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Australian Public Service Commission, and various United Nations agencies.

Craig is also the co-founder of Project Global Citizen, a worldwide movement helping students develop cultural competence as a foundation for global citizenship.

Through my Australian, Queensland-based consultancy, Alphacrane Intercultural Specialists, I provide coaching, training and advice to corporate and government clients seeking to boost their international and cross-cultural capabilities.

I am also the co-founder of Project Global Citizen, a global movement helping students develop cultural competence as a foundation for global citizenship.

Having lived abroad for much of my professional life, I’ve gained first-hand insights into how cultural competency is crucial for building strong, lasting business and personal relationships.

I believe that cultural intelligence is key to creating a more respectful, happier society, one cross-cultural relationship at a time. This belief drives my passion for developing opportunities for better cross-cultural understanding and engagement.
