CONSULTANCY PROJECTS
Â
We work with industries such as public service agencies, healthcare providers, and aviation to enhance their cultural inclusion practices.
Our consultancy projects vary in scope—some focus on specific services like designing and delivering culturally inclusive listening circles, while others may involve tailoring culturally inclusive leadership strategies, developing leadership frameworks or designing in-house cultural inclusion training programs.Â

Example
Culturally Inclusive Listening Circles. As part of the APS-wide CALD Employment Strategy, Craig Shim has designed and facilitated Listening Circles for agencies like the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Australian Public Service Commission. These listening circles offer a safe space for employees to share experiences, explore cultural dynamics, and develop actionable steps towards a more inclusive workplace.

PUBLICÂ SECTOR LISTENING CIRCLES
Â
Craig Shim has designed and facilitated numerous Listening Circles for public service agencies, including the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) and the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC).
These sessions engaged hundreds of participants across from across the APS, generating open discussions on cultural diversity, inclusion, and the challenges faced by culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) employees. The insights gathered were used to shape organisational strategies, enhance cultural intelligence, and create actionable recommendations for advancing cultural diversity within the public sector.
Â
