Culturally Inclusive Listening Circles – Australian Public Service. Craig Shim was first engaged by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Australian Public Service Commission to design and facilitate Listening Circles for hundreds of APS staff. Due to the success of these projects, Craig has since been engaged by numerous other government agencies to tailor the process to their specific needs.
